How it works
At NIVA CARE we guide you throughout your entire journey — from the very first conversation to fourteen months after your treatment. That way you can focus fully on one thing: your result. Here is exactly what you can expect.
How long are you on site?
For a DHI treatment you stay on site for 2 days. If you opt for additional stem cell therapy, allow one extra overnight stay. We discuss the exact planning with you in detail during your consultation.

Personal consultation
It all starts with a calm conversation with Nico. We discuss your wishes, the technique, how the treatment unfolds and the full planning — an honest, clear and transparent talk, so you can decide with peace of mind.
We arrange everything for you
Preparation & booking
Once you decide, we take everything off your hands: your flight, your hotel, transport on site, the planning of your treatment and an interpreter who accompanies you there. You receive a clear overview of your entire journey.
Flight to Istanbul (IST)
Outbound: Zaventem → Istanbul
You depart from Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to Istanbul Airport (IST). A deliberate choice: IST lies in the European part of Istanbul, close to your hotel and the hospital, keeping your transfers short and comfortable.
Private transfer is ready
Arrival & welcome
On arrival you are met in person and taken to your hotel by private taxi. Arriving before 2:00 PM (Turkish time)? Then you first stop by the hospital for the preliminary examinations. If you arrive later, they take place the next day.
Treatment day · usually 6 to 8 hours
The treatment
You are picked up at the hotel and brought to the hospital. First comes a thorough consultation with the doctor, in which the hairline and the number of grafts are discussed and set together with you.

The day after the treatment
Aftercare & first wash
You return to the hospital for the first check-up and the first professional hair wash. You receive your medication, special shampoo and lotions, and we calmly go through all the aftercare instructions with you.
Transfer to the airport
Journey home
After the aftercare we bring you back to the airport by private taxi for your flight to Zaventem. We match the pick-up time to your flight schedule, so you can leave at ease.
Up to fourteen months after your treatment
Personal follow-up in Belgium
Even after your return, we don't let go. We follow your recovery and the growth of your hair up to fourteen months after your treatment. Questions about caring for your hair? We remain personally available to you, also in the long term.

Throughout your entire journey, you can count on:
