What is NIVA CARE and what exactly do you do?
NIVA CARE is a Belgian medical tourism company that guides patients through hair transplants, dental procedures and cosmetic surgery in Istanbul, Turkey. We take care of everything: from the initial consultation to the aftercare, including flight, transfer and accommodation.
How does the online pre-consultation work?
After you fill in the contact form, our team contacts you within 24 hours. You send a few photos of your hair pattern, after which one of our surgeons schedules a video consultation. During this conversation we discuss your expectations, the technique and the costs.
What is included in the NIVA CARE package?
Our all-in package includes: the Brussels–Istanbul flight (return), airport transfer, hotel accommodation (3 to 5 nights depending on the procedure), the complete medical treatment, medication, and post-treatment follow-up from Belgium. There are no hidden costs.
